- We request a quote from our Travel Partners who will provide the best possible airfare for your specific itinerary. Trips planned 3-6 weeks in advance usually have a better price quote.

We will meet you at the departure airport in a pre-arranged area. Or, we work with a reputable transportation service that will bring the Air Travel Companion to you for pick up or they can pick you up at your home or place of residence and meet the Travel Companion at the airport. If transport is needed at the arrival airport we will make that arrangement as well.
Yes, we have General Liability Insurance
We are happy to purchase snacks or meals prior to boarding or this can be done during the flight. If time permits, a lunch or beverage can be purchased prior to departure. These costs will be on the closing invoice.
Yes, based on best practice and our experience, a current history and physical dated within 2 months of travel is required. It should be from the Client’s Primary Physician and include approval for travel, client diagnosis, current medications, and if oxygen is required. The ‘approval for travel’ helps us plan for any necessary care the Traveler may need. We cannot travel without Physician approval.
We can accompany you on a single flight and/or a return flight depending on the length of stay. We would be happy to talk with you about an extended stay. Please complete the short ‘Contact’ form or call us to discuss your specific travel needs. We would love to work with you.
