Tips to stay healthy and happy during this trying time

I am hoping you are all well and staying healthy.

We have been given a lot of new instructions recently relating to health and safety and how to protect ourselves and others from a spreading virus. Washing hands, keeping safe distancing and now more recently, stay at home-stay healthy. These things are new to most of us and we don’t like change! Be patient, I’d like to offer some ideas to consider.

  • Be Kind. Yes, I need to say that. Someone may have just lost a loved one or not be able to visit a hospital or care facility.
  • Be generous with your compliments to all!
  • Call two friends today, not texting, but actually calling to wish them well.
  • Treat your immune system to vitamin D and perhaps some green veggies!
